Who We Are
Welcome to Advanced Inspection Services Inc.
We’re an inspection company that offers professional home and commercial building inspection services in Tacoma, WA, and surrounding counties. Our owner, Lawrence, is a certified and experienced inspector who has been in the business for over 10 years. He is also a Structural Pest Certified professional and has over 30 years of experience in commercial and residential construction, including roofing.
Our inspection services include IAQ and mold screening and sampling, and we offer a range of additional ECU’s, such as building performance, HVAC design, energy performance, moisture issues, ventilation, associate in structural design, blower door testing, and energy audits. We never use subcontractors, so you can rest assured that your inspection will be performed by the owner himself.
Lawrence is able to perform up to three inspections daily when necessary, and he has a turnaround time of no more than 24 hours. If needed, reports can be delivered on-site, although more time may be necessary at the inspection. Even if you need an emergency inspection, we can back you up! We’re available on call 24/7.
