Our inspectors are certified members of national home inspection organizations such as FREA and ASHI. Each inspector abides by the ethics and principles of those organizations.

As part of our ongoing commitment to our clients as well as our inspectors, each inspector participates in continuing education and seminars every year so they are "on the cutting edge" of knowledge and expertise in the inspection industry.

Our inspectors carry extensive Errors and Omissions insurance as well as Liability insurance which exceeds industry standards. Additionally, this insurance covers referring Real Estate agents, well beyond what most inspection companies carry.
